Subj:    Permanent Change of Station; Order to

1.    On 9 August 1970, you will proceed and report to the OIC/NCOIC of the III Transient Facility, Danang Air Force Base, for further transportation to CONUS. Your flight date is 11 August 1970. Advance travel pay is not authorized. Advance travel pay is authorized in the exectution of these orders.

2.    You are authorized thirty (30) days delay to count as annual leave. Your leave balance as of 30 Junt (sic)1970 is indicated opposite your name.

3.     Your pay record, health and dental records and your Service Record Book is entrusted to your care for delivery to your next duty station.

4.     You are directed to insert a copy of these orders on the top inside each piece of accompanying baggage.
